Our stay was unwelcomed, horrible, bad service and no accommodations for handicap.
1.0Nothing really the office was clean with exception of the 2 medium size dogs that may have had flees cause I got bit, either by flees or bed bugs
− They didn’t accommodate my sister who was handicapped. They said that they had a room downstairs but it had 2 beds and next to the laundromat. That I’d we wanted a room with 3 beds we would have to pay extra. We were willing to pay but then she said that there was no availability. Oh and the first receptionist told us about 4 to 5 times that check in was at 3pm. My handicap sister had to walk a flight of stairs to get to the room. The room also had geckos, 1 hand towel, 1 towel per person 1 already used toilet paper, the doors weren’t secured we had to place our luggage in front of the door. In the middle of the night someone kept knocking we kept asking who it was and no answer, so we left a day before NEVER NEVER again.

8.0Me gusto su alberca tiene un buen tamaño, sin embargo no tiene la limpieza necesaria. No me gusto la Televisión estaba con una mancha y tenía 5 canales para ver y medio mal.
