8.0The property was lovely. However, everytime I tried to extend my stay, the staff couldn't help me. They either said they couldn't see availability on their side or have me prices much higher than what was listed online. Nobody offered to help when moving bags or suitcases either, and I found it a little frustrating to have to ask to have my room cleaned.
