− No hot water in the penthouse suite on the 3rd floor, which wasn't sorted even though we reported it after our first night.

− It wasn't that clean, the hot water takes forever which would be fine but water is hard to come by there, the rooms were noisy from early staff noises on one side and other guests on the other, overall service was fine but not great. I mean this place is good enough but it's really not a good value for the money.
