− Room had NO usb port for charging phones...had to purchase a charging cube from desk... No restaurant or even continental breakfast&/coffee.. these things should be provided for the $$$$ of the room; Bed is quite low to the ground..soomewhat difficult

10.0I will never go to Cleveland and stay anywhere else. High-value for the money, excellent accommodations in a perfect location.

9.0Very easy check in, front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was bigger than expected.
− Parking garage staff. Very unprofessional and not helpful. The bed was not very comfortable and their were hand prints on the wall and all stainless steel appliances
It’s beautiful but we will not be back.
6.0The building is beautiful and the rooms/studios are awesome.
− It was SO LOUD. Even with the bedroom door shut the air or fan or whatever it was was extremely loud, making it really hard to fall asleep.
