Great House and Pool. Cleaning services should be better

The house was spacious, had a lovely games room in the attic and a generous-size pool that was very well kept. Houses in the Herdade are far appart enough that you can relax in quiet privacy. Even though there was a hickup in the booking of the hour of the mid week cleaning, which was very disruptive, you can tell that staff is genuinely doing their best, despite overwhelmed.

− There is room for impromevement when it comes to cleaningness, specially in the kitchen, as well as the shutter gutters below in the doors that led to the outside from the kitchen and the dining room (see picture). These were full of dirt and many dusty furniture. In the mid-week cleaning, the dishes in the dishwasher were not put away and the 3 water glasses in the sink were not washed ... even if this is part of some sort of policy, the fact that the kitchen counter wasn't even wiped isns't acceptable. On the other hand, and to be fair, though, bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Reception and cleaning services seem to be is overwhelemed and should be reinforced in peek times like august.
