8.0Very basic hotel. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable. The price was appropriate for this level of hotel.
Convenient hotel with friendly staff.
8.0The hotel was well situated for the sites of Haifa, though I would recommend getting to know the bus system, as we found we could get to the hotel via bus very conveniently. There’s a good market one street below the hotel and a common stopping point for the buses. The hotel staff were great, friendly and helpful. We appreciated that they looked after our bags for a few hours after check out. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom were also clean. The room only loses points on a few maintenance issues. Curtains not properly on curtain rails, meaning they wouldn’t close fully. A weird drip from the bathroom ceiling that we traced to the AC. Nothing major, but certainly needed some attention. All in all we stayed here for two nights before and two nights after a cruise. Were we in Haifa again, we’d stay here another time.
