9.0Beautiful hotel and great location! Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the hotel.
− The 6th floor lounge was quite loud most nights, we could hear the bass in our 2nd floor room. The AC system was funky, it constantly reset to a higher temp which meant it was warmer than we would like sleeping.
