7.0المكان ممتاز قريب من ابرز المعالم. تعامل الموظفين/ات خلال تسجيل الدخول كان ممتاز. فيه اكثر من مطعم بنفس الفندق.
− الخدمة بطيئة جدا. لو ابغى شيء منهم احتاج ادق اكثر من مره علشان يسوونه! النظافة صراحه نص ونص الغبار على الأثاث وهم كل يوم يدخلون ينظفون.

10.0The Umilta 36 Hotel, que fica na rua Umilta N36, é um Hotel 5 estrelas super e ultra bem localizado, faz-se tudo a pe, ate Vaticamos 35 mins de caminhada. O transito de Roma é caotico e parado, por vezes comparava tempo de Uber/Taxi vs caminhando e eram praticamente iguais. A equipe do Ultima 36 desde a Recepcao Srta Yasmin até o Garcon sao excepcionais. Melhor Custo beneficio para quem esta procurando um 5 estrelas ultra bem localizado.

9.0A Localização do hotel é excelente. Muito próximo da Fontana de Trevi, Panteon, Altar da Pátria e Via del Corso, melhor localização impossível. Dá pra fazer tudo a pé!! A equipe do hotel é atenciosa e solicita. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com muitas opções doces e salgadas. O hotel também tem um rooftop e um restaurante muito bom, super recomendo. O quarto é confortável, cama boa e 2 tipos de travesseiro. The hotel's location is excellent. It is very close to the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, the Altar of the Fatherland and Via del Corso, you couldn't ask for a better location. You can get everywhere on foot! The hotel staff is attentive and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful, offering plenty of sweet and savory options. The hotel also features a rooftop area and a very good restaurant; I highly recommend it. The room is comfortable, with a good bed and two types of pillows.
