2.0I was in Huddersfield for work. I travel a lot and rarely have I had such a poor experience. This property - as it stands - should probably be taken off Expedia until service is dealt with. This is NOT a luxury flat. It looks ok in the photos but in reality is is cheap, cramped and dirty. It was a bad stay. No wifi. I wrote an email, messaged on Whatsapp, texted and phoned to report this and fix it fixed and I received no response from the accommodation. The window is not sealed and left in a bitterly cold draft. The bathroom and kitchen utensils were not clean. The shower extractor fan is covered in dust - thick dust stuck to it. The cleaning staff shouted at the top of their voices each day they came in. The property owner clearly doesn't care about customer experience whatsoever.
