8.0A really nice hotel, not far from the center although it is a bit of hill to walk up. The rooms are very clean, and I loved the ambiance of the rooms and you have a turkish style hammam inside the room.
− The workers at the restaurant don’t speak English very well which a bit difficult to communicate with them. We had one incident where we ordered two plates and the waiter assumed we wanted one. Other downside is the rooms are a bit hot and you cannot keep the AC on because its attached to the room keys.

10.0We stayed at this hotel with our two kids and had a lovely time. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was spacious, gorgeous hamam style bathroom and comfy with air con after a day out in the heat. Really nice balcony area, restaurant has great views too and loved the dedicated prayer space downstairs. Hotel restaurant food was amazing too, we had breakfast lunch and dinner on different days. Location central, only a few minutes walk from Goreme town but most tours pick you up from your hotel anyway so not an issue.

10.0Everything was simply amazing. The room was stunning, the staff was beyond kind and the restaurant offered amazing food. Everything and everyone was there to make sure our stay was absolutely unforgettable.
− It was a little difficult to get the right temperature in the room, at night it got really hot really easily.
