Good location and price point, but the issues related to renovation impacted our stay.
6.0Love the Paddington area of London. Have stayed in several hotels around there. This hotel was priced well. And the staff was friendly.
− Could not get fresh air as the window was blocked because of ongoing renovations. Could open window just a crack. The noise of the underground trains didn’t bother us. We knew the room would be small, but there could have been some attention to a place to unpack your suitcase. Or shelving inside the closet, or a few more hangers. We just sort of made piles of clothing on the floor to get organized. Maybe a shelf in the bathroom ? That would have helped.

− Normal London stuff, a lot of narrow stairs, thin walls and the tube/trains a bit noisy. But not a big problem.
