8.0Perfect location to walk to Saturday farmers market and bagel shop next door. Very clean room and spacious lobby.
− Overpriced for what was offered. No breakfast included and not even a water bottle in the room for $200/night. Friendly checkin but manager at end of stay offered no smile or any words to us at all. Layout of lobby with open bar can be tricky once a loud, imbibed crowd takes over.
Convenient location in the downtown area. Very comfortable and clean room.
9.0I liked the location in proximity to being downtown and I could walk places. I did not realize I would be woken up by a train, but maybe that would be the same anywhere you stayed. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable.
− My only concern was that the tv did not work. It was scrambled all the time and there was not much of a channel selection.
The price you pay is well above what you get.
2.0The main lobby was well decorated.
− The breakfast was overpriced. The TV in our room didn't work. Maintenance tried resetting it but they weren't able to fix so our family had no entertainment in the room. The pool was clean and dirty as some guest spilled cashews all over the pool deck and they threw them in the pool. We were literally stepping in cashews in the pool. There were alot. The hotel staff came in to refill towels but didn't feel the need to clean up the mess. The beds were also lumpy and stiff so both my husband and I had backaches in the morning. We've stayed at quite a few hotels all over the world and the price we paid for the room did not equal what we got. We won't be staying here again.

10.0the Facilities were clean, Staff exceptional and location we perfect as we were able to park the car at the hotel and walk to our event a couple of blocks away in downtown Owatonna
