2.0We stayed at Treebo Suraksha Inn for 2 nights in Room No. 202, and unfortunately, it was a very uncomfortable experience. To start with, the room door made a lot of noise, which was quite disturbing. The pillow covers were torn and not in good condition, which gave a poor first impression of cleanliness and maintenance. One of the major issues was the lack of hot water for both days of our stay. Despite informing the night shift reception staff, they simply said, "It’s coming," without even bothering to check or resolve the problem. This kind of response felt careless and unprofessional. The breakfast was also very basic – just bread and upma with no variety, which is not what you expect from a hotel under the Treebo brand. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay. The property needs a lot of upgrades in terms of maintenance, staff training, and basic guest amenities. We hope the management takes feedback seriously and improves the quality of service soon.

10.0It’s a very good place. Has good connectivity, very near to metro, friendly staff, clean rooms, quick response in terms of service. I would recommend this hotel to travellers, it’s couple friendly too!
