Average stay – Excellent location, but needs improvement
6.0The hotel has a very good location, just a few minutes' walk from Taksim Square, making it very convenient for exploring Istanbul. The room was spacious enough for our family of four, with two double beds, one single bed, and a small kitchenette, which was a plus. The staff were helpful and friendly.
− The cleanliness was below average and should be improved. There was an unpleasant smell of shisha at the hotel entrance. We also experienced some maintenance issues, including continuous water noise coming from the bathroom and an electrical noise in the room, which affected our comfort. Overall, the hotel has a great location and helpful staff, but it needs better maintenance, improved cleanliness, and attention to noise issues to offer a more comfortable stay.
