Falsche Zimmer Info, falsche Lage

− Die Buchung stimmte nicht. Statt eines Familien Zimmers waren nur 2 getrennte Zimmer vorhanden. Als Familie mit kleinen Kindern ist das halt unpassend, und wir suchten extra eine Unterkunft für Familien. Unser gebuchtes Zimmer gibt es so gar nicht. Leider war auch die Lage sowie das gesamte Ambiente eigentlich auch nicht "beautiful ". Wir haben uns entschlossen ein anderes Hotel zu buchen, welches zum gleichen Preis erheblich besser im Preis war. In Nachhinein wurde leider auch nur 50% des Zimmer Preises erstattet.
