Great pool excellent food and drink and such a lovely welcoming family

− The beds were a little uncomfortable and noisy whenever you moved - it would have been nice to have a double bed in one of the two rooms in our apartment

We loved our time at ALEXANDROS Studios. So much so we extended our stay! Apartments have all you need, the pool is amazing, great location, great food but the best thing is the lovely chilled vibe we experienced there. Angelo, Anna and Maria are so lovely and welcoming and we made friends with them and lots of the other guests because of this. We will definitely be back. Xxx

− Originally we had to stay 5 nights in this place but we changed our plans and we stayed only one night. We were welcomed by a young girl, who were surprised to see her as she was not expecting anyone .I showed her my booking reservation and she said she was surprised because she stopped working with booking . She discussed with her father, made some phone calls and after some times she told us she found a solution for two nights . I don t understand what s happening here as she says she don t work with booking anymore but they created a new booking page with the same place . We had an horrible night : the quality of the matresses are aweful, there is only a small transparent curtain at the window of the room so we could not sleep at all as it was too bright in the room to sleep. The bathroom could have been more cleaner . The swimming pool is nice and the bar is fine . The place is well located, easy parking, a lot of nice restaurants around. All in all we took the decision to leave even if we payed for 5 nights , after one night . I think Booking.com should clarify why they say they don t work with booking anymore, we can still book rooms through booking for july, and in addition they created a new page for the same place. I wouldn’t recommend the property to a friend, lots of nicer accommodations around.

Anna & her daughter were friendly and welcoming. Location is walking distance to everywhere.

− On arrival we were greeted by Anna who informed us she had mixed up our booking and wasn’t expecting us until the following day. Which we were originally completely okay with as she put the kids in one bedroom suite and us in another which we thought would be fine. However in one of the one bed suites the aircon leaked all night and the showers in both of them were horrendous- barely any water pressure. The shower curtain also covered both the shower and toilet just generally so outdated. She told us the cleaner was unavailable to clean 2 bed apartment we had originally booked but she would be around the following day. However on inspection none of the 2 bed apartments were vacant. We spoke to a couple in one of them who told us they were checking out the following morning and low and behold that is where we were put the following day. So I believe it was purposefully done like this, we were just lucky our two kids were old enough to sleep separate to us. - Dirty and torn sun-lounger cushions by the pool - Generally unkept around the pool - Old & dated accommodation-everyone’s beds creaked with every movement.
