We stayed here Xmas 2025 and through the new year. Madiera certainly is the most amazing place, especially at this time of year. Nico could not have been nicer. He has created an apartment that had a luxury but homely feel. He definitely got the attentive host combined with giving us our privacy perfect. He was so welcoming and informative and even invited us to watch the fireworks from his balcony. Nico you made our stay amazing, thank you. The apartment was perfect for us. Had everything we needed and the attention to detail put it up a level. We will definitely return to Madiera and will stay here again. Could not recommend highly enough.

Nico is a great host. The pool is nice. There are many facilities.

− The appartment has only one (large) window/door, but it's right at the street and it can get noisy.

Nice and clean appartment with fully ecquipped kitchen, if you want to cook is everything in it you need. Good bed mattress, Nice shower with constant water pressure and keeps warm. Siiting area with internet tv and eating area. Outside beautiful swimmingpool in garden upstairs and sitting area. In 01:15H Max. you can be everywhere on the island by car (you do need rental car) so good base to start your adventure trips on the island. Host owner lives upstairs, in house, appartment is at ground level. Niko is a very friendly person. If you need something have a question of what so ever, he wiil do his utmost best for you. He is a host who loves to make your stay as pleasant as possible. At arrival there was a bottle of wine and water in the fridge.

Ruim, schoon en comfortabel appartement. Mooie en complete keuken, fijne douche en een goed 2 persoonsbed. Gastheer Nico was zeer behulpzaam en gaf waardevolle tips!

El apartmento estaba super limpio, Nico nos trato genial, fue muy atento con nosotros, nos dijo sitios donde podiamos ir a comer y a cenar, que litres visitar y un montón de cosas.

The accommodation was beautifully furnished and everything was brand new. The spaces were very comfortable and well designed. It's located just outside Funchal – only a 5-minute drive – in a quiet and peaceful area, which we really appreciated. The private pool was a great plus. The owner lives in the same building but was always discreet and respectful, while being readily available and happy to offer helpful tips and support when needed. Highly recommended!
