9.0The location was perfect, within walking distance to all major sites. Spanish Steps were only 2 minutes away, making it easy to catch the sunrise before the crowds arrived!
− Only down side is the reception is not 24/7, for example I wanted to check out early on the day of departure to maximise time but reception did not open until 9:30/10am. Not a major issue

− Need to pre arrange out of hours check in and at time of my arrival no one on site. But staff were responsive and attended after a short wait.
