I loved how accessible it was to the trains. Easy to get to Penn Station/Amtrak and Yankee stadium is a short scenic
8.0I loved the value will always seek them out when booking in the Bronx. Secretly hoping they have other options in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Upon arrival was a nice snack bag that was presented to us .
− Nothing actually
Disappointed and Frustrated and Very Unhappy and they didn’t speak English
1.0Nothing it was a scam and had roaches and rats. Very disgusting and they used AI pictures to steal peoples money
− I didn’t like anything and will never stay there
Man oh man.....
1.0The hotel was very close to the things I needed.
− Oh where to start. There's parking in the rear, but the way the spaces are set up is horrible. There's wilderness along the very back spaces, so if you have a passenger, they'll need to get out before you park . And that wilderness leads to an open area anyone can walk to that leads to active train tracks The room itself had no closet, no closet rack, no dresser or anywhere to put clothes, so I lived out of my suitcase. Plus ,if you plug in anything in the sockets under the desk , don't turn off the lights, cuz no electricity flows to the outlet if you do. I moved a nightstand to the other outlets to make sure I had a charge on my phone. One of my pillows had a big dirt stain on it. The horror that is the bathroom is sad. The first time I turned on the shower and flushed the toilet, brown, rusted water is what came out. I had to wait at least half an hour before I could shower. There was mold in the shower that they tried cover by placing clear caulking over it. There was a used roll of toilet paper still on the rack, but at least there was a new roll I could use, if needed. The hotel was DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY SPENT!!
