6.0Excellent location, very close to the bus terminal. A huge advantage was that we could leave our luggage there for an entire day while we took an overnight trip to another part of the island. The bed linen was clean.
− The room felt stuffy and lacked fresh air. Sound insulation was poor. One night the neighbors were quite loud, and in the morning we could clearly hear people talking in the hallway.

8.0Our twin room 502 was big enough for us and had a little table, chair, fridge and in the lobby downstairs is a hot and cold water dispenser. The room was clean and had aircon, which we didn't need as the breeze coming through the 2 windows was sufficient. We got bottled water everyday put in the room as well as fresh towels. Bins were emptied if we put them near the door. The location was great, only a short walk to the bus terminal and plenty of convenience stores, a big supermarket and restaurants The room might be a bit dated but it was a great base for us The shower was nice and hot with good pressure. There is a washing machine for guests to use
