8.0Very, very clean! Living room and dining room areas are very comfortable. 2nd bedroom: frame is a queen size but mattress is king size; also, no box spring under mattress so mattress is floppy and slides around. Sat on edge of mattress and fell on to the floor because there isn’t anything there to support the mattress. Frame and headboard aren’t attached. Makes bed uncomfortable and unsafe. Shouldn’t advertise that there is a 2nd king bed when it is barely usable. Need to install the proper size box spring and frame for a king size mattress OR install a queen size mattress and box spring for the queen size frame. Bedroom and Living room: blinds do not go all the way down to window ledge. Several inch gap which reduces privacy and security. No blind on one of the exterior doors which prevents privacy and security. No iron or ironing board. The internet service for the TV is abysmal. Shows would have super long pauses (basically freeze), the internet would just stop working (which prompted turning the TV off and turning it back on), and switching channels would take forever (long enough to make you wonder if you clicked the right button). Might want to consider switching to Dish or DirectTv.
