8.0Hotel is nice and far away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre which is a blessing. Rooms are nice but the beds are uncomfortable as it sinks in too much. The use of plastic bottles in rooms in greatly disappointing

10.0The staff were exceptionally helpful, specifically Priya Sharma (Cafe) and Akshay, Akash, Monica and Prem (Front Desk). The view from the roof top lounge is incredible. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. We would stay at this hotel again.

4.0The staff is fairly accommodating, although we had a hard time communicating in English. Plenty of hot water for showers and comfortable beds. Rooms are beautiful and clean. However, I had problems with the food and got food poisoning after two days of staying there and had to travel home sick. Also, the Wi-Fi is not dependable and TV is only for local. I wouldn’t stay here again.
