Decepcionante experiencia, no justifica el precio de la estadia.
4.0La habitación era amplia, cómoda, estaba limpia y todo funcionaba correctamente. El desayuno ofrecía buena variedad y la calidad de la comida era buena. Las instalaciones del hotel son agradables y están bien mantenidas.
− La experiencia general estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado para un Hilton, especialmente considerando una tarifa cercana a los USD 600 por noche. Antes del viaje envié una consulta por Booking sobre los servicios incluidos y la respuesta llego 9 dias despues. Pagué un adicional por una habitación con vista al océano para disfrutar de los atardeceres, pero la ubicación asignada (ademas de estar a 125 pasos del ascensor mas cercano) no permitía ver la puesta del sol, apenas una parte del mar sobre la vegetación. El servicio de sillas para la playa es pago (USD 5 por silla por día) y las dos que nos entregaron estaban oxidadas y con los respaldos vencidos. Cuando pedimos cambiarlas, nos informaron que no había otras disponibles, inadmisible. La organización del desayuno fue muy deficiente: largas esperas para conseguir mesa en hora pico, mesas sucias, falta de sillas y deficiente asistencia del personal. La comida era buena, pero la experiencia estaba muy lejos del nivel esperado. También intentamos cenar en el restaurante y, pese a que la mayoría de las mesas estaban vacías, había una larga fila de espera para ingresar, por lo que terminamos yéndonos. En otra ocasión pedimos dos helados y la calidad fue realmente muy mala para un hotel de esta categoría. En general, la sensación fue que en cada pequeño detalle había una falla: solicitudes sin resolver, poca predisposición del personal y un servicio que no estuvo a la altura de la marca Hilton. Además, ser miembro de **Hilton Honors** no representó absolutamente ningún beneficio durante nuestra estadía ni marcó ninguna diferencia en la atención recibida. Las instalaciones son buenas, pero la relación precio-calidad resultó muy decepcionante y no volveríamos a elegir este hotel.

8.0The breakfast was really good and they did arrange evening free cocktail and snack that was nice. We liked there was ample amount of parking area and free. The room were nice and staff was also good.
