− El piso no está bien limpio No sé nota a la vista pero si caminas descalzo en la habitación los pies quedan muy sucios. Las almohadas son muy altas.

9.0excelente lugar para descanso, se encuentra en una gran zona de merida, habitaciones con gran espacio y con gran comodidad, al estar sobre paseo montejo tienes muchas opciones para comer
− el baño le falta un poco mas de cuidado y limpieza, la llave del lavabo estaba rota y los pisos y vidrios de la regadera se ven un poco sucios

10.0La atención del personal fue excelente, siempre amable y profesional. La habitación y el baño destacan por su diseño moderno, limpieza y confort. La cama y las almohadas brindan un descanso muy cómodo, y la iluminación está muy bien diseñada, creando un ambiente agradable y funcional.
− La primera impresión de la entrada no corresponde al nivel y la calidad que ofrece el hotel, el acceso es sencillo, pero el interior del hotel es impecable y muy agradable
