Nice, reasonably priced hotel in Puno
8.0The room was fine and the shower was hot. It was a bit cold in the room but there was a very heavy blanket, which felt sort of like a carpet, so I was warm enough. The breakfast buffet was really excellent: nice bread you could warm up, cheese, ham, avocado, yogurt, scrambled eggs, juice, coffee, tea, cereal, and a selection of fresh fruit. The staff were helpful in carrying my suitcase up a number of stairs. There was a family with very loud, screaming children who disturbed the peace at night and also at breakfast in the morning, with parents who said nothing to discipline them. I wish the staff could have politely asked them to quiet down. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Fantastic hotel in Central Puno
9.0Comfortable beds, hot showers, good breakfast , friendly and helpful staff, very clean. Situated in the heart of Puno and easy walking distance to all attractions Highly recommended .
− I thought there was a shared kitchen when I booked it but the kitchen was for staff only. Tea, coffee , and a microwave were available always in the dining room area so that made up for it

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
