− No easy way to get to and from Icheon International Airport but by taxi or transfer. Public transport is too many changes
Good and helpful staff
8.0Fit for the purpose, good for solo travellers who do not have exceptional expectation regarding food, breakfast. Staffs though could not speak english well, they tried best to help. Suggest having a translation app with the staffs for two way communication.
− Hotel obviously seems mainly for domestic customers, some english information is appreciated. The wifi was private for each room that did not work at the lobby. Appreciate if the hotel consider having a common wifi at the lobby so that two-way communication (such as translation by app) could be easier with the staff
