10.0I arrived to JR Yase station and they picked me up (pre-arrange by messaging them). I loved the breakfast and dinners they cooked. The food was fresh, delicious, and authentically Japanese. Lunch isn’t offered, but bring some or go out in town and buy. — the food was delicious! I came on NYE and left Jan 2, 2025. I stayed one night in a tent and one night in an igloo. The igloo is phenomenal and worth the extra cost. They do have English speaking personnel on site and when you message them. The night bonfire under the stars was very unique and memorable. If you’re staying here in the winter months like I did, it’s very cold. The beds and amenities were very comfortable, and the onsen was very nice too! They also have a private onsen you can reserve. I had tattoos and let them know upon check in, and they were fine with my using the public onsen. Recommend you notify and ask at check in as a courtesy. Lastly, this is a serene place. Come here only if you are seeking peace and quiet. They do serve alcohol, but this place is not meant for loud gatherings. I can’t wait to come back!
