1.0− Be cautious with prepayment to this property. Even though we made prepayment for Deluxe room we were placed in standard room without window. They refused to provide any compensation or to return the difference between deluxe and standard room. Worst experience in Istanbul so far. Booking.com failed to fullfil it's obligations as a merchant also.
