− General ambience and odd finishes
The stay in itself was fine - but I have been badly ripped off by Peyman, 3rd party managing company
9.0Hotel staff were pleasant & friendly, but not always there. The flat was very nice and comfortable.
− I was forced to pay a "refundable" deposit on arrival by Peyman, the company that runs the hotel - from a distance. This was an additional £150. There was no issue about the way we left the apartment - pristine. BUT MY DEPOSIT STILL HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED. Peyman said they had paid it back, but they hadn't. I booked through booking.com, who asked me to send my bank statement, which I did. It showed the deposit had been paid, but not returned. Nevertheless, booking.com sent me a stunningly rude e-mail saying that they trusted Peyman, but not me. Peyman were never asked to send proof of payment; booking.com just took their word for it, which was false.

− Only complaint I have is there was no body to see to reception and the noise from rooms upstairs above us . paper thin walls and every sound heard from above bathroom noises aswell. .
