− No tuvimos agua caliente, solicitamos el servicio desde temprano y no hicieron nada por solucionar el problema. Al final solo recibimos una disculpa para que no ocurriera lo mismo en una próxima estancia.

9.0Se encuentra en un fraccionamiento/privada, el edificio tiene atención en recepción las 24 horas. El departamento estuvo limpio. Hay utensilios de cocina, estufa, refrigerador. Baño limpio y con agua caliente. Buen espacio en sala, cocina y comedor. Los cuartos tienen espacio para la ropa. Ideal si visitas Puebla para un compromiso personal o de trabajo.
− No hay plancha de ropa, no se puede hacer ruido después de las 11:00 pm
