8.0It was easy. The lockbox is not obvious to see but it’s a safe place.
− Directions to the location. The entrance to the apartment is off Skipton Road. The Ripon Road address had myself and those starting slightly confused initially. It takes you to a motor mart! All was fine once we arrived .
All in all it was a comfortable stay in a good location, and the host was readily contactable.

− A broken bathroom door lock and a bed with slats taped together having been damaged.

7.0Kitchen setup was nice. Internet worked well. Beds were soft. Supplied ear plugs helped tremendously drown out the heavy round bout traffic right outside the apartment. Couple maintenance issues came up and Mike was responsive. Plenty of free parking right outside the apartment. Easy walk to Aldi.
− Traffic noise, if you're a light sleeper good luck. Dirty carpet in the main areas that desperately needs cleaning.

− Difficult to understand instructions re key box. Shower head not working properly sprayed everywhere and didn’t keep position. Bathroom door lock not working correctly.
