Comfy little gem

A very comfortable property for what we required, as on a business related visit to the area. Beds were comfy, a great little kitchen and bathroom did the job. Would definitely return if I was to visit the area on a holiday, was so happy with it I left a nice bottle of red wine !!!!

− The property has its own parking space at the back and to the left. On 3 occasions coming back from various meetings the space was taken, very annoying as parking is hard to achieve on the Delaval Rd.

Stephanie's response time to emails and concerns was outstanding! The sea front and shopping are a short walk. Initial access to the unit was smooth and the place is nicely laid out.

− The unit is tired and in need of some upgrades and some t.l.c. One bed mattress is not good for sleeping on. (Stephanie is aware and will be looking into a replacement). The sheets in the second room were pilled. The wall to wall rugs are worn in areas. The couch is functional but not comfortable.

Excellent location. 5 mins into town 2 mins to the seafront. Allocated parking and Wi-Fi Nice neighbours. Quiet street.

Location near the sea, local shops 15 minute walk away

− The standard of cleanliness was appalling unfortunately. The towels in the bathroom have not been changed after previous residents and were clearly used. The supposedly clean towels folded in the bedroom smelled damp and had stains on them. We contacted the host and towels arrived the next day at 3pm. Toilet seat was disgusting and not cleaned. The bedrooms, lounge and bathroom floor and even bed linen were heavily covered in cat/dog fur so obviously the property has not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The place also was poorly ventilated and had an awkward smell on arrival and the windows were very dirty.
