− Housekeeping not turning on air-con (it was 81 in the first room we got assigned). Not having enough items during breakfast if you turn up after 8.
Good location, but cleaning and breakfast need improvement
4.0Good location with updated decor.
− Our room needed a good deep clean. Lots of sticky surfaces. The floors needed a good mopping. Lots of random hairs (not ours) around the room. The pillows were lumpy and old. The cover over the comforter felt like sandpaper. We had breakfast there one day. It was so bad we went out for breakfast on the following two days.
