8.0I think this Motel was quaint, old style for the price was a great deal. Front desk Personnel was absolutely wonderful helpful and pleasant. The staff around the motel were always saying hello. If you're expecting a mansion don't go to this Motel. If you want your money's worth, wonderful place to stay, got ideas of where to have dinner which were great. Anytime I plan a trip back to California I will be staying at the Crystal Motel. Only thing I would say maybe the floors could have been dusted a little bit better. Other than that I have nothing negative to say about this hotel.

6.0It was quiet, the rooms were clean, staff was nice, but there were people running around the parking lot and coming in and out all night. Nobody bothered our vehicle, but it was a little unsettling..

4.0Had a problem with itching on my body after being in bed for 30 minutes. So I packed up an check out and went to another motel. Manager would not give a refund without going trough expedia first. So I am working on a refund.

10.0Place is a bit older, but very clean with everything in good repair! Newer and comfortable beds. The desk staff was exceptional!… Including being honest about the area and where to park. Excellent rates, best in the area by far!
