10.0The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful and we had lots to choose from. It is close to the city center and we enjoyed walking every night. The staff was nice and helpful. There were events every night which made it fun too. The room was spacious and the bed was divine - the best one we ever had -hugeee! Lanzarote was absolutely perfect and if you decide to visit you won’t regret it - I actually cried when we had to leave the hotel and the island, even though we weren’t leaving home but to another island.
− These are minor things and don’t affect our score but just details that could be improved - There were no ash trays on the tables outside (we had to ask the bartender that wasn’t in a good mood) , we missed vegetables for breakfast and the snack menu was not good - it was expensive and we got cold sandwiches
