la limpieza

− fue una pésima experiencia, llegamos y no tiene estacionamiento la recepcionista no nos dio información donde dejarlo, fue super cortante y malacarienta fui especifica que llevaba una bebe y nos asignaron en el 3er piso SIN ELEVADOR bueno ni agua había en las habitaciones, solo rescato la limpieza, me pidieron un deposito por los controles , era nuestro aniversario y habíamos solicitado un detalle me confirmaron por correo que si, y llegamos y no había nada, eran las 3 de la mañana y los otros hospedados haciendo ruido cerrando puertas, osea no de descansamos y es una lastima porque si tiene buena ubicación pero relación de precio con lo que ofrece si me quedaron mucho a deber

Que estaba limpio y la atención fue buena

− Que estaba muy lejos del malecon y en el.cuarto el lavamanos estaba enfrente de las camas y no tenía vista a la calle además el aire acondicionado nunca se pudo subir las ventanillas
