Great location and very clean but hot in summer and noisy on weekend
5.0Excellent location, right in the heart of the quay Very clean room
− I hot a room on the top floor, it was not easy to carry a suitcase there. Besides, it was extremely hot both day and night.. There were two fans which did not help a lot, but no AC. Very noisy on weekend days with music from neighbouring open restaurants, the pub next door and discos somewhere close, on Saturday night up to 4 am.
Definitely the right place to stay when at Poole
9.0Right in the town centre. Surrounded by lovely restaurants with great food as suggested by the owners. Very cosy room with all facilities. Quiet house as well.
− Only downside was that it was a bit hot however the room had a fan.
Great location, very helpful with the parking.
8.0− The fridge didn't seem to work, even after adjusting the temp inside.

10.0The property was clean & comfortable, very close to the old harbour, tourist ferries & eateries. It was an easy walk to get to the bus station, train station, cross channel ferries & the main shopping venues, including the Dolphin Centre & Museum. It was just right for a couple or single person, clean & nicely decorated, plus fab shower too.
− Being on the ground floor, I was mildly worried about security the window open when sleeping (it was very hot when stayed) just me being nervy I expect, but wonder if it’s worth putting a locking arm on it? Also in the hot weather, a bigger fan is needed really.
The draw handles were all different..the TV was on internet. We couldn't find BBC 1 or ITV 1

− Bed was comfortable it was quiet being it's next to king Charles pub. We did the 4 in a bed check over. Microwave would of been good. We would stay in that room again.
