10.0An absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end! The hotel is beautiful, modern, exceptionally clean, and maintained to a very high standard. The rooms are spacious, elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making you feel right at home. The facilities are excellent, especially the stunning swimming pool, and the location in Thonglor is fantastic. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. After seven nights, we can confidently say that Ascott Thonglor Bangkok is an outstanding place to stay. Excellent value, exceptional comfort, and wonderful hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok. A well-deserved 10/10!
