It’s wasn’t a good stay and the hotel seems very under staff. I don’t recommend anyone staying here unless you know what
2.0Our doors locked and we didn’t get bitten by bed bugs. The night person was way nicer and he did what he could to make it right.
− Our rooms were not ready when we got there at 6pm. The front desk lady really didn’t care. She made it seem like it was pretty normal for not having the rooms prepared. All of our key cards stopped working in the morning way before we checked out (like around 7am). All the rooms smelled off and the fire kept going off on room 303 when someone takes a hot shower. Room 408 door literally fell off the door. The night desk person fixed it right away.

Upset with booking here. We arrived and they put us in a room that was not clean. The handle to the door was also broke.

− Juste mettre à jour sur Booking qu’il n’y a PAS besoin de réserver un place de parking. Car je me suis un peu stressée pour essayer de joindre l’hôtel pour réserver une place mais finalement pas besoin, c’est gratuit
