Hermoso Hotel , excelente ubicación y personal muy amable.
9.0El Hotel es hermoso, las habitaciones muy originales y la cama espectacular. Toda la decoración del hotel esta increíble, Quien fue su arquitecto???? El desayuno también muy rico y el ambiente en general muy cómodo y relajado. El personal muy atento y amable.
− Fue un poco complicado tratar de abrir las puertas con los códigos pero finalmente lo logramos.

− El staff mal educado, son despotas y te ignoran. La habitación estaba sucia y continuo asi surante toda la estancia, horrible aroma, sabanas y colchas con peste a sudor y pies, las toallas rotas, la taza del baño con pelow y manchas, aroma a drenaje, hongos en la regadera. Pesima, pesima experiencia, NO LO RECOMIENDO, ESTOY MUY MOLESTA E INSATISFECHA, ES UN LUGAR JO-DI-DOOOOOO
Never coming back there
1.0when we arrived they did not have a room for us. They sent us to another hotel, walking with our lugagge more than 8 minutes at 2 pm with all the sun and the hot weather. The hotel did not meet our expectations so they canceled our booking, but they charged deposit 3,990 pesos and we are still waiting the charge back. If you could help us to have our money would be fair. Thanks Ines

9.0La ubicación y que es muy bonito...además el personal es muy amable y accesible, nos trataron super bien.
− Para el precio, habia detalles de limpieza que se me hicieron raros, el piso estaba pegajoso y manchado, los dispensadores de shampoo estaban rotos.

8.0La habitación en general es amplia y confortable y sus instalaciones son bonitas.
− Que no me incluye desayuno en el costo en comparación a otros hoteles de menor costo. El estacionamiento no está en el hotel, tengo que caminar para dejar el coche estacionado y luego regresar al hotel. El gimnasio tampoco pertenece al hotel, tengo que caminar para poder usarlo. No se puede. Fumar.
