1.0Отель Ramada в Туркестане это полнейшее разочарование и позор для известной сети Wyndham. Заявленный уровень комфорта и близко не соответствует реальности. В лобби и углах помещений царит ужасная антисанитария: грязь въелась в стыки, везде вековая пыль, паутина и налет, к которым никто не прикасался месяцами (прилагаю фото). Обслуживание в лобби-зоне такое же ленивое, как и клининг. Находиться здесь неприятно, а проводить деловые встречи — просто стыдно перед партнерами. Сервис и чистота на нуле
− Абсолютное отсутствие профессионального клининга, слои пыли в углах и паутина. Также крайне медленная, ленивая работа персонала в лобби-зоне
