6.0Great location but poor services overall. Not one person in hotel spoke proper English which makes communication quite hard. No pool bar and only one hour free access to spa.

6.0Staff were good and location attractive but feels a little tired especially as the golf course has shut down - trying to be a 4 star but not quite there - lack of atmosphere and charm - charges for water in the room which really should be complimentary when 30 degrees outside and room rate is high , breakfast also very expensive considering you have to pay extra for egg options on top - again in a better class hotel this would be included - feels like a corporate Hilton.

10.0Truly beautiful setting, wonderfully elegant. Dining on the terrace with hot air balloons floating on the horizon- so picturesque. Wonderful place. Indoor and outdoor pools provide excellent relaxation. Many good restaurants nearby, but we were happy breakfasting and dining at the chateau.

10.0Das Hotel liegt malerisch gelegen und ist wirklich ein Traum. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber. Der Service war gut, aber nicht aussergewöhnlich aufmerksam. Der Spa war schön, aber man hat nur eine Stunde gratis Aufenthalt pro Tag als Gast. Das ist jedoch vollkommen genügend. Das Restaurant war sehr lecker und man bot mir sogar vegetarische Alternativen an. Sehr großes Lob!
