Amazing except for cleaning ,all the staff was amazing and attentive especially receptionests and their manager , i wou
7.0Everything was amazing except for the cleaning , the lady cleaner unfortunately wasnt cleaning the bathrooms well , and most of the time missing to add toiletries , toilet paper and towels and ofcourse we end up asking for help from reception and they always help promptly ,kindly and politely .

− وجود مغسله فى الدور الذى اسكن فيه بي 1 مايثير حساسيه الربو والرائحه للمواد الكيماويه الخاصه بالغسيل بيئه غير صحيه وموقع غير مناسب للغسيل على مدار الساعه
لم يعجبني المكان وطلبت الخروج, كانت إدارة الفندق متعاونة جداً حيث وافقوا على إلغاء الحجز مجاناً
3.0كان الاستقبال مرحباً ولطيفاً.
− موقع الفندق على الخريطة في Booking.com مختلف عن موقعه الحقيقي, وهناك أكثر من بناية بنفس الاسم في المنطقة. لم يكن من السهل ايجاد المكان خاصة مع عائلة وأطفال. عند وصولنا بعد رحلة مرهقة كانت أجهزة التكييف والتلفاز متعطلة. بالرغم من سرعة تحرك الموظفين لإصلاحها ولكن لم يكن من المفترض تسليم الوحدة بهذه الحال أساساً. النظافة بشكل عام، تحديداً أدوات المطبخ ودورة المياه هي ما جعلني اطلب المغادرة.
