8.0Apartment was as described, clean and well equipped. Communication was good from agency. It provided great value for money given the price. Only minor issues for feedback would be that the windows were sealed and the air con did not have an obvious control thermostat so the apartment felt a little stuffy. Only one bath towel was provided for 2 guests staying. Tea and coffee facilities were left and the kitchen area was well equipped. The sofa was a little low and might not be easy for those mobility issues. Other than these minor points, we were happy with the accommodation.

2.0Walked in stunk of smoke! The smell of the takeaway made our stomach turn on a night we usually get apartments from here and never had a problem accept this one! No windows open for fresh air so the smell of the takeaway just wouldn’t shift the chairs were wobbly and fell from under me we had someone walk into our room and the place was filthy!

2.0There were bed bugs! Property didn’t answer calls from me or Expedia when the issue was raised. Still waiting for a full refund which the property promised me but they haven’t replied to Expedia yet
