10.0I could not have asked for a better stay in Rome. I was (without cost) upgraded to a suite upon arrival, and found in the room (complimentary) gourmet snacks and drinks. The hotel staff was attentive and kind, the location was ideally situated - about 10 minutes from a train station and maybe a 25 minute walk from the colosseum, but on a quiet street away from tourists. The bathroom products felt luxurious, and overall I felt like I was treated to a very luxe stay. In addition to the hotel room, there is space on the ground floor to rest / relax if traveling with others. The hotel has an elevator. For context, I am a female solo traveler in my early thirties.

− The shower water was cold and we had 2 small kids so this was difficult to shower with them. We asked for help with the water but were told the water was hot.

9.0テルミニ駅まで徒歩１０分以内なのでどこに行くにも便利だった。徒歩１分の場所にPAMというコンビニエンスストアのようなお店もあって朝食等の調達も容易だった。洗濯機はないが、冷蔵庫や広々としたバスルームなどは快適に利用できた。毎日掃除やタオル交換もしてくれるので快適に過ごせた。到着出発の際も荷物を預かってくれて助かった。
− エレベーターが小さくて４人しか乗れず、８人のグループだった我々は低層階の部屋に泊まった４人が毎日階段で出入りしていた。
