10.0Legoland was the highlight of our trip from Australia. The rooms were amazing, the food was amazing. We went in early September

10.0가족여행으로 두아이 데리고왔는데 너무 좋아요. 입구 앞에서부터 친절한 응대와 컨시어지서비스 어디든 가면 있는 레고브릭들, 엘베타면 나오는 디스코음악까지 기분을 좋게하네요. 해적방을 이용했는데 작은아이가 무서워하면 어쩌지 걱정했는데 괜한 걱정이였습니다. 호텔프로그램 3개 다 이용했는데 아이들도 재미있어하고 좋아해서 프로그램 예약창 열리자마자 예약하길 참 잘한 내자신 칭찬합니다. 아이가 레고랜드 2층 놀이시설에서 다쳤는데 친절한 직원들의 응대 감사했어요.말하지 않았는데 근처 있던 직원분이 보시고는 얼음팩 제공해주시고 전달해놓았다하시며 얼음팩이든 서비스 필요시 얘기하시면 된다하셨어요. 인셉션에서 체크아웃시에도 아이상태 확인하시며 필요시 연락달라하셨는데 신경써주셔서 너무 감사했네요 춘천에 2박 3일 있었는데 1박만 레고랜드에 있던게 아쉽네요. 다음에는 2박으로 와야겠어요

6.0本人當日準時在可入住時間到達酒店，當時已有很多人排隊， 排了很久，到我們登記時，職員跟我們說未有房間可以入住，需要等候一個多小時才有房間， 因為暑假關係，本人也明白等候時間會很長，本人沒有辦法的情況下仍接受，過了一個多小時之後，本人再到大堂打算向職員領取匙卡取房間，職員說又要我們重新排隊領取，即是又要多等半小時以上才可取匙卡。在此本人對酒店安排並不滿意，雖然每位職員也很有禮貌，但整個過程令本人及家人耽誤了享受酒店遊玩的時間。酒店費用也不便宜，所以我對這次酒店的旅程覺得不愉快，希望貴司能向酒店反映一下。
