8.0Staff were great. Room was large and clean. Great shower, very comfy bed and pillow selection.
− Pool was being serviced for our entire trip and didnt know us til we checked into our room. Disappointed but understood why.
Would never stay here again
1.0I didn’t like anything about this Hotel the staff was horrible. There was noise. The alarm went off in the middle of the night while we were sleeping for no reason and when we decided to leave early, they wouldn’t even bother giving us a credit or trying to, and then they wanted us to check out early so they could sell the room to somebody else.
− It was noisy. It was not clean. It smelled weird. The food sucked, and the staff was very rude.

8.0Perfecte locatie fijn persoonlijk temidden van grote hotels. Fijne bedden mooie kamers heel schoon. Zwembad was in de winter wat koud.
− Het management van het restaurant op de begane grond was net overgenomen. Daar hadden we wat meer van verwacht op basis van de afbeeldingen en reviews.
It was relaxing and met all our expectations. The cafe downstairs was cozy!
