10.0Our stay at Palazzo Delle Pietre was simply unforgettable. We chose this beautiful place to celebrate my 40th birthday, and the team made it incredibly special. They prepared a wonderful surprise for me, which truly touched my heart and made the celebration even more memorable. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism. They made us feel not like guests, but like family. Every morning we enjoyed delicious fresh pastries delivered to our apartment, which was such a lovely touch. The apartment itself was immaculate, and every day it was cleaned to perfection, making us feel completely relaxed throughout our stay. One of our favorite experiences was the rooftop terrace. Every evening we enjoyed complimentary drinks in a peaceful and elegant atmosphere, often playing chess while admiring the beautiful surroundings. It was the perfect way to end each day in Rome. The apartment is stunning, luxurious, exceptionally clean, and perfectly located in the heart of the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such an important milestone. Thank you to the entire team for making my 40th birthday so magical. We will always remember your kindness and hospitality and cannot wait to return.
A true gem in the heart of Rome!
10.0First, you can't possibly get a better location in the historic center of Rome. Unassuming from the exterior, once you step inside, you are greeted by the staff in what resembles a brightly lit art gallery. In fact, both the central spaces and each apartment have their own specific sculptures, wall ornaments and paintings. Our apartment was spacious, with easy elevator access and every component from bedroom linens to kitchen appliances was top notch. The apartment was very quiet and the morning pastry service was a nice touch. the small rooftop terrace made for a nice place to reflect on the day over a nice glass of sparkling wine or spritz. All of the staff are amazing, especially the 24 hour concierges. No request was too trivial and their suggestions were always excellent. We will be back!
− The only extremely minor issue was that the television was not setup correctly and required a (very fast) visit from their staff. I missed that there was no way to play music over the room TV, but that was it for dislikes.

10.0Exceptionally gorgeous, ultra refined, extraordinary service. What is not to like. We couldn’t check in at exactly 2pm, so the management paid for our airport taxi to make up for it. Unbelievably kind and exceptional service. Beyond the call of duty.
