5.0− 自動チェックイン、チェックアウトは良いのですが、年配者にはもう少し親切にアドバイスしてもらいたい。 出張でいろいろ行っているため感じた。 また、朝10時過ぎに部屋を出たところで、クリーニング業者だと思うがワサワサ作業をしており不快である。 ほこりが舞っているのもお構いなしで作業をしている。また、作業をしている人の愛想が無い、あいさつ無しはいただけないね。 ホテルの質を上げるためのアンケートであれば良いのですが、なぜ投稿なのかが分かりませんね。
