− my experience in Room 800 was disappointing. There was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, and the air conditioner placement was not optimal, this room should not be sold to guests until these issues are properly resolved.

9.0Fasilitas kamar dan staff nya oke ditambah kualitas sarapan yang rasa dan menu nya nggak mengecewakan, mantap.
− Fasilitas parkir dan Valley nya yang bikin kesel,malam terakhir sebelum chek out hampir 30 menit nunggu dan yang bikin kesel parkir di dekat lobby tapi nunggu service nya sampai 30 menit, tolong cari solusinya dong,cuma ini minus nya yang lain okay.
